“I measured correctly and the trousers were too tight in the waist. Previous sizes one up had kept falling down but these are way too tight. Their advice was to buy the next size up so I will, just not with Spoke. Customer services are prissy and the returns process a convoluted pain. My trousers are going to charity and I am going to another rag merchant. An expensive lesson. Caveat Emptor.”

“Products: Incredible Fit & Quality. Customer Service: I've never experienced better. I've now ordered 3 pairs of trousers from these guys, and they have been exceptional. Any queries on fit, answered in seconds. Any returns due to my own trial and error - instant, no quibble - easy as anything. John has also been phenomenal with my most recent query. Can't recommend them highly enough!”

“Poor quality products. After wearing their “House Trousers” only 5-6 times the main popper/button came away from the fabric, so they became totally unusable and irreparable. I will now have to throw them in the bin. I contacted their customer service department regarding the issue and they suggested that I give them to charity. Not impressed!!!”

“Trousers are nice but not well made - broken zip, fraying round the pockets and two holes from the material wearing thin in under a year. Compared with say Gant or Boden even they are not worth the price in my experience”

“Generally good products but AVOID denim, dye issues result in unattractive fading esp around knees.Also, customer service refused to recognize obvious dye issue even with presentation of photographs as proof. Took no responsibility offered discount coupon without addressing obvious issue.T shirts are fine, AVOID DENIM.”

“I now own three pairs of Sharps and they are the best fitting trousers I have ever owned, perfect fit and the attention to detail like the orange stripes, the fastening button and the chequered pockets are great.They are expensive but worth paying that little bit extra for.10 out of 10”

“Unfortunately the sizing even though customized is inconsistent across different types of pants. I had cords + smart pants + denim and all of them are different sizes. This is not normal and the navy pants has the worst fitting ever! I chose build A + tapered legs and it’s evident that the person finalizing the fitting did a poor job! The trousers have a weird baggy thigh and a tapered lower leg. Instead of a all tapered look a type A + narrow leg should have. I didn’t return it because it’s too much of a bother- but not going to order anymore from them.”

“Trousers are really good quality and the fit is really good (it took 2 returns to get it just right).I had to return a pair of summer trousers after 6 months when they ripped next to a pocket. No hassle from them, they replaced them no quibble. My only niggle is that they are on the expensive side and the offers that they run usually don't qualify for unless you buy a lot of from them regularly”

“Extremely disappointed. The trousers had worse fit than any other I’ve ever tried.Even worse, after 2 years I still haven’t got a decent way of returning them, and no money back. The customer service has been the worst ever. Still not able to get my money back! Don’t trust this company. Ever.”

“I’ve used Spoke for my trousers from its early days. I found that you get a better fit. I particularly like the Sharps and Fives of which I have numerous pairs.The customer experience is beyond expectations. I wouldn’t by my trousers from anywhere else.Free returns - you can’t argue with that. If you haven’t tried them, then I highly recommend that you do. It’s a no brainer.”

“I now have 4 pairs of Spoke Sharps and love them. They fit perfectly and need no alteration, ( great choice of sizes) great choice of colours and are really soft and comfortable. They have taken over from jeans for me and they look better too. Strongly recommend ,”

“I've always struggled to get pants (trousers) that fit. If they fit me in the waist they balloon through the legs, or I can't get them up over my calves. Since trying my first pair a few years ago they're now all I wear (I think I'm up to 12 pairs at last count). They're the only brand that I've ever come across where I won't deviate from returning to and that's saying something”

“I now have multiple pairs of Spokes (Heroes, Fives, Lightweights, Bulletproofs) for all occasions and I'm very happy with all of them. I even plan to get married in a pair of Smarts.Being tall (6'6") and having big thighs and seat, I always struggle to get a good fit with jeans and trousers. Spoke's fit system works! Finally, I have a go-to option for trousers which I know fit, and are very high quality and very much justify the price.Delivery is quick, the colour options are great and I know they will last a long very long time. Since taking the plunge on the first pair, I've never needed to look anywhere else for chinos.”

“I'm a man. I don't like shopping. I need trousers otherwise I look ridiculous. Spoke is fantastic as it remembers my size, and so if I need something it takes a moment to order and I look smart. The trousers feel great to wear, the fabrics are great. My wife likes them. What more is there to say?”
